The Kosciusko & Southwestern Railway excursion programs operate with persons who volunteer their time and labor. Volunteers are needed for operating motorcars, caboose crew and for equipment and track maintenance.

Volunteers must complete training in operation before participating in any program carrying passengers.

Volunteers are also needed for equipment and track maintenance.

A waiver of liability is required of all volunteers.
